Description
Efficient industrial and commercial construction near Berlin
With around 50,000 m² of connected hall space, this project was built in the Falkensee industrial area. A car park with gatehouse was demolished for the new building.
The entire roof area is pre-equipped by fabrikon for the installation of a photovoltaic system (PV-ready). A full-surface solar power plant was subsequently installed.
The location in the north-west in the immediate vicinity of Berlin is particularly advantageous, as there is a high demand for transport and storage infrastructure here.
The industrial building meets the criteria for the Gold standard by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
