Logistics construction is our passion, which we continue to develop together at fabrikon. In order to efficiently manage construction with fabrikon, we have organised ourselves into four areas that work closely together.
Concept & Sales
Would you like to develop a logistics property?
In the area of Concept & Sales, we are your first point of contact and advise you from the very beginning in the development of your logistics property.
First, we clarify the requirements and prepare a calculation based on draft drawings.
Once we have reached a contractual agreement, the planning and implementation of your turnkey logistics building can begin.
Planning
In Planning, we develop reliable and economical planning principles for the realization of your logistics hall.
In Architecture, we design and plan your project from the design and approval stages to execution planning.
In Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) we develop integrated solutions for electrical and supply technology and ensures a high-performance, future-proof technical infrastructure.
In Structural Engineering we are responsible for the structural analysis and planning of the extended building shell construction.
Project Management
We see our construction sites as places of value creation.
Our project management team will handle your logistics construction project from planning coordination and the construction process to the turnkey property.
Our expert teams—consisting of Project Management, Construction Management, and Technical Procurement —ensure that construction runs smoothly. They always keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines.
Services
The Services area combines our back-office disciplines:
Business Administration, IT/Digitalization, Central Assistance, and Marketing.
We provide organizational and commercial support to our team, digitize processes, develop tools, and ensure a consistent external image as well as internal and external communication.
In doing so, we focus on corporate goals, corporate success, and optimized, trouble-free processes.
