Within nine months, fabrikon built another state-of-the-art logistics center with a floor space of around 30,000 m² fabrikon DHL Supply Chain. The ambitious schedule only worked because everyone involved in the project worked toward the common goal.

The criteria for the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) and the ESG sustainability criteria of the EU Taxonomy are met. In addition, the Well-Core Standard Gold is achieved for the office area, so that the well-being of the employees is increased. Glulam beams made from sustainable timber are used for the roof structure, which is visible from the inside.

In combination with the fossil-free heating system and the photovoltaic system on the roof, the owner/operator at the site is equipped for the future challenges facing people and technology.
