Within nine months, fabrikon built another state-of-the-art logistics center for DHL Supply Chain with around 30,000 m² of floor space. The ambitious schedule only worked because all project participants worked together towards a common goal.

The criteria for the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) and the ESG sustainability criteria of the EU Taxonomy are met. In addition, the Well-Core Standard Gold is achieved for the office area, so that the well-being of the employees is increased. Glulam beams made from sustainable timber are used for the roof structure, which is visible from the inside.

In combination with the fossil-free heating system and the photovoltaic system on the roof, the owner/operator at the site is equipped for the future challenges facing people and technology.
