Project description

The new building was constructed on a brownfield site after an existing property was demolished. The building is prepared for a photovoltaic system and an air-to-water heat pump in combination with underfloor heating for the office and social space. It meets the requirements of the German federal subsidy program for efficient buildings (BEG-40) and has been awarded BREEAM certification with a rating of "very good."

Shorter construction time
Thanks to efficient processes and good cooperation with the client and business partners, the construction process was accelerated so that the keys could be handed over to Logicor ahead of schedule.
