From tendering to planning and purchasing to managing the trades. We hold all the strings and manage the project team with a high degree of freedom and trust. We work closely with everyone involved in the project, make decisions, and bring structure to complex processes.
For us, it's not just the result that counts, but genuine team spirit. Our goal is to make every project a success – as a team, with a clear vision and genuine wow moments.

There aren't many hierarchical levels here, unlike in large corporations. I am given a lot of trust.

The first step is usually a telephone interview directly with the specialist area. Here we clarify initial questions and mutual expectations. We then invite you to our office in Kassel. There we discuss any open points and show you around our premises.

We operate on a trust-based working time system and do not prescribe fixed attendance times, but instead rely on your sense of responsibility. It should go without saying that you complete your tasks on time and are easily accessible to your colleagues and external partners.
At fabrikon , personal interaction is very important to us—we believe that good cooperation is best achieved through direct communication. At the same time, we want to give you the flexibility to balance your professional and private life. After your training period, and once you have demonstrated that you can work productively and independently from home, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model. Remote working is not standard practice for us – it is an opportunity if it suits you and your way of working.
During the first three weeks, you will receive initial training, get to know your colleagues, and learn about our corporate culture. After that, you will start on your first project. In addition, you will receive regular internal and external training tailored to your individual needs, as well as personality training. An experienced colleague will also be available to provide you with advice and support as your mentor.
