intaurus Pfaffenhofen

fabrikon has built a modern logistics center with around 12,500 m² of warehouse and office space in Pfaffenhofen for project developer Intaurus. Features include green roof and facade areas, an integrated photovoltaic system and a planned DGNB Gold certification.

Structural design & technology
The supporting structure is a hybrid construction made of prestressed concrete, timber and precast concrete elements. Special requirements for fire protection and support technology were solved on a project-specific basis.

The terrain required permanent slope stabilization, implemented using a sheet pile wall with concrete infills. Complemented by extensive infiltration, functional, sustainable outdoor facilities were created.

Efficient implementation
The logistics property was let to an international tenant during the construction period. The project was completed on schedule - thanks to well-established processes and close coordination with all parties involved.
