Project description

The commercial and industrial property with mezzanine office and storage space in two units was built on a brownfield site with excellent access to the A2 highway.

Thanks to a well-planned construction process with precise scheduling, punctual material deliveries and, above all, reliable subcontractors, we were able to complete the challenging civil engineering work within the planned timeframe and achieve a construction period of 25 weeks from the ground-breaking ceremony.

Internationally recognized ESG criteria were observed in the new construction project. It also meets the requirements of the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
