Project description

The commercial and industrial property with mezzanine office and storage space in two units was built on a brownfield site with excellent connections to the A2 motorway.

Thanks to a well-planned construction process with precise scheduling, punctual material deliveries, and, above all, reliable subcontractors, we were able to complete the challenging civil engineering work within the planned time frame and achieve a construction period of 25 weeks from the groundbreaking ceremony.

Internationally recognized ESG criteria were observed in the new construction project. It also meets the requirements of the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
