Project description
The new building with a total gross floor area of around 26,500 m², divided into three hall sections, will be used for an automated small parts and pallet warehouse, among other things. Two crane systems with a load capacity of up to 40 tons are used to load and unload trucks in the The logistics property is conveniently located close to the A52 and A61 freeways and offers good connections to Düsseldorf, Krefeld, Mönchengladbach and the Netherlands.
9 dock levelers, 2 jumbo dock levelers and 2 ground-level gates ensure flexible delivery options. The development and connection to the highway were also implemented by fabrikon , as was the infiltration of the rainwater on the site.
