Panattoni Park Berlin East Herzfelde

In Herzfelde, Brandenburg, directly on Berlin's A10 motorway ring road, we constructed a sustainable logistics property with around 10,000 m² of warehouse space for Panattoni. Nine dock levellers and a generously covered loading area ensure efficient processes in daily logistics operations.

The building meets the requirements of the German Federal Funding Scheme for Efficient Buildings (BEG 55) and fulfills the criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) according to the Gold Standard. A full-surface photovoltaic system and numerous e-charging stations supply the site with green energy.

The site drainage was particularly challenging: due to a lack of discharge options, the rainwater was drained via a hollow-body infiltration trench under the hall - a technically innovative solution that combines functionality and sustainability.
