What we do in
technical procurement.
We oversee the trades involved in the building shell. In doing so, we identify and utilise opportunities on the market and implement them through our professional sourcing. After the kick-off meeting and definition of the construction specifications, our tasks include early requirements assessment and capacity commitments from specialist planners, suppliers and subcontractors. Finally, we clarify the contractual issues for our area and hand over to the project team.
Collaboration within the team.
Procurement is a process we approach with passion. To maximize opportunities, it is important to us that there is close coordination within the team, with the specialist areas, and in the projects. We ensure goal-oriented communication on an equal footing and always keep the success of the project in mind.
The flat hierarchies are really put into practice here: I can make decisions independently in my area of responsibility.
