We plan and coordinate all technical trades to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the construction site and that the technical equipment and services are procured without any problems.

The first step is usually a telephone interview directly with the specialist area. Here we clarify initial questions and mutual expectations. We then invite you to our office in Kassel. There we discuss any open points and show you around our premises.

We work on a basis of trust and do not prescribe fixed attendance times, but rely on your sense of responsibility. It should go without saying that you complete your tasks on time and are easily accessible to your colleagues and external partners.
At fabrikon , personal interaction is very important to us—we believe that good cooperation is best achieved through direct communication. At the same time, we want to give you the flexibility to balance your professional and private life.
After your training period, and once you have demonstrated that you can work productively and independently from home, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model. Remote working is not standard practice for us – it is an opportunity if it suits you and your way of working.
