Project description
The logistics hall built on a brownfield site in Dorsten offers a total of approx. 17,000 m² of modern warehouse space in the Dorsten-Hervest industrial estate. The floor space is divided into two units, which can also be used separately. The location near the city is well connected to the A52 and A31 highways.
Thanks to well thought-out and space-efficient planning, around 1,500 m² of additional hall space could be created on the site - making optimum use of the available space.
