Project description
The project was developed by fabrikon the project developer Hillwood within a construction period of seven months from the start of construction and handed over ready for occupancy. The logistics property has 21,000 m² of hall and picking space, a 1,780 m² storage mezzanine, and 590 m² of office space.
Despite the supply and material bottlenecks during the coronavirus pandemic, the construction phase was completed on time. The Friedrichsfeld industrial estate is centrally located and connects the most important German cities on the north-south and east-west axes via two freeway junctions right in the middle of Europe. The new logistics center is only a stone's throw away from the Kirchheimer Dreieck and the A7, A5 and A4 freeways in all directions.
