All is well for fabrikon's largest project to date

The total of 86,500 m² of hall space, 7,900 m² of mezzanine space, including 2,800 m² Office and social space over two wings. 90 loading bridges and 14 ground-level sectional doors are available for loading and unloading trucks between the two buildings. The multi-user property can be divided into 9 units of 10,000 m² each.

Good connections to the A4, A5 and A7 highways and the B27 federal highway make this region near Bad Hersfeld, Bebra and Rotenburg an der Fulda attractive for many companies.

ESG and sustainability as a matter of course

Internationally recognized ESG criteria were observed in the new construction project. The logistics building meets the criteria of the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The roof is prepared for a photovoltaic system to generate up to 9.7 MW of electricity.
