Project description
With around 50,000 m² of connected hall space, fabrikon built the project in the Falkensee industrial area. A parking lot with a gatehouse was demolished for the new building.
The entire roof area was pre-equipped by fabrikon for the installation of a photovoltaic system (PV-ready). The full-surface PV system was afterwards installed.
The location to the north-west in the immediate vicinity of Berlin is particularly favorable, as there is a high demand for transport and storage infrastructure here.
The industrial building meets the criteria of the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
