We are always at the heart of the action and manage our logistics construction projects on site together with the construction team. We coordinate internal project participants and subcontractors, always keeping an eye on schedules, quality, and costs. With technical expertise and a keen sense for processes, we ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What makes us special? Here, you are involved in the entire construction process from the very beginning – from the tender, through planning and awarding contracts, to the turnkey handover to the client.

First-class equipment
You will work in a well-equipped construction site container with height-adjustable desks, state-of-the-art work equipment, technology, and a work laptop of your choice. You will also receive a high-quality company car.
Accommodation & catering
You decide whether you would like to be accommodated in a hotel in private accommodation or in a shared flat with colleagues. We will cover the costs. A well-equipped kitchen awaits you in our construction site container. There is also a meal supplement
Exercise & bike leasing

Customized training
We won't throw you in at the deep end. You will receive an accompanying two-year training program so that you get off to a good start with us. You will also have a personal mentor at your side.

We get to know each other
The first step is usually a telephone interview directly with the specialist area. Here we clarify initial questions and mutual expectations. We then invite you to our office in Kassel. There we discuss any open points and show you around our premises.

Our construction sites are located throughout Germany. We will discuss with you in good time which construction site you will be assigned to. We will try to take your individual wishes into account.
Your working hours depend on the requirements of the construction site. We work on a basis of trust and do not prescribe fixed attendance times, but rely on your sense of responsibility. As the main construction manager, you have the option of working remotely one day per week.
You will spend the first three weeks at our office in Kassel. Here you will receive initial training, get to know your colleagues, and learn about our corporate culture. After that, you will start your first project. Over the next two years, you will attend regular internal and external training courses and seminars—ranging from trade knowledge to personality training. In addition, an experienced colleague will be available to provide you with advice and support as your mentor.
