We don't just plan any old building, we plan for the future: we develop modern logistics warehouses from the initial sketch to the detailed implementation planning. We work entirely on a model basis and in 3D right from the start – this allows us to remain flexible, identify challenges early on, and find clever solutions.
Whether it's expansion qualities, sampling, or coordination with specialist planners—with us, you get full insight and can take on responsibility right from the start.
And most importantly: we work as a team. With clear processes, short communication channels, and a great deal of enthusiasm, we ensure that our plans don't just remain on paper, but quickly become reality.

With us, a hall is not built in years – but in months. While traditional architectural firms are still planning, we already have the first buildings in place. Fast and precise.

First-class equipment
You will work in a well-equipped office with height-adjustable desks, state-of-the-art equipment, technology, and a work laptop of your choice. There is also a cafeteria with subsidized meals, free drinks, and fruit salad.
chamber of architects
If you are not yet a member of the Chamber of Architects, we will support you in completing the necessary training and cover the costs.
We will also cover the ongoing chamber membership fees.

Exercise & bike leasing
With our Hansefit membership, you have access to numerous fitness and health offers throughout Germany. We also pay a subsidy for bike leasing.

Customized training
We won't throw you in at the deep end. You will receive an accompanying two-year training program so that you get off to a good start with us. You will also have a personal mentor at your side.

Individual support
We support your personal and professional development. You decide for yourself which topics you want to develop. We support you with the right internal and external training.

Trust and confidence
We trust in your personal responsibility and your abilities. We don't have a hierarchical approach, but rather trust instead of control and cooperation on equal terms.

Send us your application via our application tool in our job advertisements—it's quick and easy, and there's no need to register. You'll also find the contact details of our responsibles there if you have any questions in advance.
Once we have reviewed your documents, you will receive feedback from us.

We get to know each other
The first step is usually a telephone interview directly with the specialist area. Here we clarify initial questions and mutual expectations. We then invite you to our office in Kassel. There we discuss any open points and show you around our premises.

We work on a basis of trust and do not prescribe fixed attendance times, but rely on your sense of responsibility. It should go without saying that you complete your tasks on time and are easily accessible to your colleagues and external partners.
At fabrikon, we place great value on personal interaction. Nevertheless, we want to give you the flexibility to balance your professional and private life in the best possible way. After you have successfully completed your training, we will discuss your options for working from home on an individual basis.
We primarily work with Autodesk Revit, but also with AutoCAD. It would be ideal if you already have experience with these applications. If not, we are happy to teach you.
