You make this happen with us
- From tendering and planning to handover, you will coordinate and supervise our construction projects throughout Germany on your own responsibility.
- You will be responsible for large-scale projects and will work with the construction team to manage activities on the construction site.
- You coordinate internal project participants and subcontractors to ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs are always met.
- With us, you will play an active role in project preparation—you will be involved in and responsible for scheduling, tendering, and awarding contracts.
What makes you special
- You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with a specialization in construction, or you are a technician with completed vocational training in a skilled trade.
- Ideally, you already have 2-3 years of experience as a construction manager (m/f/d). However, you are also welcome to apply if you are just starting your career.
- You have knowledge of construction management and are familiar with construction site processes—if not, we will be happy to teach you.
- Excellent German language skills are a must in order to communicate with authorities, customers, and partners, for example.
- You are eager to learn and keen to quickly take on responsibility and make decisions.
