From theory to practice.
Alexander was fascinated by construction from an early age. While still studying civil engineering, he gained his first practical experience on a construction site—and knew immediately that this was where he wanted to continue his education. After graduating, he gained valuable experience as a site manager and project engineer.
Today, he benefits from this every day. As a project manager at fabrikon , he fabrikon exactly what happens on a construction site—and what a project needs to be successful. He is responsible for deadlines, costs, and quality, coordinates the team, and ensures that all steps—from planning to handover—mesh seamlessly. These challenges motivate him.
Well equipped – in good hands.
What he particularly appreciates about fabrikon is fabrikon modern equipment and clear structure: work tools that really provide support—not just benefits on paper. The culture is also evident when new colleagues are trained: no one is left alone. Everyone is willing to listen and help. Of course, projects can sometimes be challenging, but as a team, anything is possible.
And after work? Alexander and some of his colleagues often go to the gym together—a balancing activity that brings them closer together.

You never stop learning. Especially when you are given responsibility.
