From construction manager
to project manager.
Jan entered the project business immediately after completing his master's degree in civil engineering. He was always on the lookout for an employer that ticked differently. In 2020, he found exactly that in fabrikon: flat hierarchies, experienced colleagues, and the confidence to take on responsibility quickly.
As a construction manager, Jan oversaw everything that happened on the construction site: from tendering to reviewing plans and coordinating tasks to technical implementation on site. For him, it was pure variety – and that's exactly what drives him. As does the opportunity to grow and develop. Jan is now a project manager and oversees the big picture on our construction sites.
It's easier together.
He particularly appreciates the fact that new employees are not thrown in at the deep end, but are trained step by step. Together – for each other. And this togetherness does not end after work: motorcycle tours and other joint activities are an integral part of the culture.
For Jan, one thing is clear: fabrikon is about more than just construction projects.
