From project manager to team leader.
After many years in the construction industry, Mathias was looking for a new challenge. He wanted to break free from old constraints, take on responsibility, and try out new tasks. At fabrikon , he fabrikon exactly what he was looking for: an environment where he could be creative, have a say in decisions, and make new things possible.
In 2020, he started as a project manager and immediately contributed his experience with a view to the big picture. From the outset, his main focus was on leading the construction site team, communicating with our clients and authorities, and developing new tools and clear construction processes.
Support, develop, progress.
Today, Mathias supports our project management team as team leader, providing advice and assistance. He plans capacities, offers his expertise when needed, and promotes the individual development of his team members.
He knows that working at fabrikon will never be routine. Different personalities, different age groups, and a wealth of expertise – it is precisely this mix that makes the team unique and the work so special. We work on an equal footing, with ambition, humour, and the common goal of successfully implementing construction projects.
Even the toughest challenges are achievable because we all stick together.
