Viktoria remembers it clearly: the first site plan concept. The first concrete column on the construction site. As the first architect at fabrikon , she witnessed it all. A lot has happened since then: fabrikon has grown. It has developed. New colleagues have joined the team. What has remained? The friendly vibe and the great team spirit. Even when things get hectic. Stagnation – no way! Learning new things is simply part of working at fabrikon.

During her time at fabrikon Viktoria became a mother for the second time – a significant moment that shows how well family and work can be combined here. Thanks to flexible working hours and a team that supports each other, she can successfully advance her projects while spending time with her family. For her, this is not a contradiction, but proof that modern working is possible in architecture.
