It was clear to us that we wanted to show our customers and friends from all over Germany our headquarters and the city of Kassel with all its advantages. More than 150 invited guests accepted fabrikon's invitation under the sign of the celebrating raccoon with the red sunglasses.
Experience Kassel and northern Hesse
We started at Hercules with a hike through Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, from where the guides from Hessen Kassel Heritage gave us exciting background information on the trick fountains and the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
During the hike and a stopover at Löwenburg Castle, many business partners got to know each other personally and there were plenty of opportunities to meet and chat.

At fabrikon, the various specialist areas offered guests exclusive insights into our working environment and how we work every day to rethink the interplay between people, methods, and attitudes – and logistics construction.
District President Mark Weinmeister showed us how remarkable fabrikon 's success story is. He also placed this in a regional context and emphasized its importance for North Hesse.
Celebrate the occasion in style
The grand finale and anniversary celebration took place in the evening in the unique setting of the Alte Brüderkirche, built in 1376.
Festively decorated, the High Gothic nave provided a striking backdrop for speeches, the appearance of the fabrikon—complete with an anniversary cake—and the premiere of our anniversary film.
The room fell silent as Samuel Koch made a surprise appearance in his high-tech wheelchair. Drawing on his own moving story and the theme of “weightlessness,” he explained in a clear and engaging way how to cope with life’s setbacks.
Grateful for the support along the way
Richard Schneider personally thanked many of those present and spoke to each person about their contribution to fabrikon’s five-year success story, from its founding through its first orders to the present day.
