Project description
West of Eisenach, directly on the A4 motorway near Herleshausen on the Hesse-Thuringia border, we have built a high-performance logistics property with excellent transport links. The property comprises seven units, each with ten loading gates, an access gate, and spacious mezzanine areas for storage, Office and social space. The FM-certified precast concrete structure is suitable for high loads and, thanks to its inclusion in the material register, for recycling.
Tasks: Elevation differences and proximity to the highway
Due to the immediate proximity to the highway, building prohibition and building restriction zones had to be taken into account in the planning. We also successfully implemented the crossing of a state road in the course of the development. A height difference of around 20 meters placed high demands on the earthworks planning. A well-thought-out cut-and-fill concept created a level surface for the hall construction.

The intelligent MEP with decentralized heat pumps on the roof, fossil-free heating, and smart metering ensures efficient energy supply.
