Focus on hybrid construction and structural testing
The topics covered include
- the hybrid supporting structure made of prestressed concrete, timber and precast reinforced concrete elements,
- a support solution developed specifically for the project,
- and the implementation of fire protection requirements.
The hall and office areas cover around 12,500 m² on a challenging terraced site. The structural design was inspected by LGA Bautechnik.
The project developer
Intaurus acquires, develops and manages selected industrial and commercial properties throughout Germany.
