Construction progress as a team effort
On behalf of our client EQT, Yosef Andom, Senior Development and Construction Manager, praised the commitment and good cooperation among all those involved in the project. He thanked the fabrikon and the specialist contractors for their high level of commitment and reliable cooperation on the construction site - a key factor in the progress according to plan.
Jonathan Kröck, Sales and Construction at fabrikon, thanked specialist engineering offices, construction and project management, the competent partner companies and fabrikon's own Planning, who contributed to the realization of this logistics building. He praised the special team spirit that characterizes this construction project: "A construction project of this magnitude is always a team effort - and the team has done a great job here."
The new building comprises three units with a total of around 24,000 m² of warehouse space. It will offer optimal conditions for flexible logistics processes in the future and is designed for sustainable use and long-term value retention.
More than just a logistics building
The highlight of the celebration was the traditional ceremony performed by the project manager – at a dizzying height and with a hearty toast to their shared success. The fact that the glass shattered into a thousand pieces on the ground is considered good luck – and a sign of good prospects for the upcoming construction work.
With the topping-out ceremony, the entire project team looks forward to the completion of the new EQT logistics center - in the words of Yosef Andom: "... not just a building, but a place with a future - for business, work and people."
