The project
The new building, conveniently located for Leipzig Airport Logistics, consists of two offset structures, Office and social space around 54,000 m² of hall space, approx. 4,200 m² of storage mezzanine space, and approx. 2,200 m² Office and social space .
This is the second project that fabrikon has recorded in the Madaster material register fabrikon behalf of GARBE, making it suitable for recycling. At the end of its life cycle as a logistics property, the digitized components and materials can be reused in accordance with the principles of the circular economy.
Internationally recognized ESG criteria were observed in the new construction project. The property is also certified in accordance with the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).

Thanks to excellent, solution-oriented cooperation between GARBE Industrial Real Estate and fabrikon , a logistics center with six units, a mezzanine office, and storage space fabrikon built in Kabelsketal.
