Working from home at fabrikon
Cloud technologies, ongoing video meetings, and well-defined digital communication structures enable our newly formed team to successfully collaborate on projects regardless of location. Flexible working hours and consideration for employees’ personal circumstances are an important part of our corporate culture.
A good example of the successful balance between working in the office and working from home is our architect Nina Bohl, who has been responsible for planning our industrial buildings at fabrikon over a year fabrikon . She handles the vast majority of her work directly from her home office.

She lives with her husband—who is also an architect—and their two children inthe “Black House”in Wolfhagen, which has been featured in detail by BauNetz and other publications and was honored with the BigSEE Architecture Award 2022. The stylish timber-frame house was, of course, designed by Nina and Michael Bohl themselves. Now that’s a great place to work!
