Exciting insights into construction and technology
On a guided tour, the guests were given exclusive insights into the current construction progress: from civil engineering and the outdoor facilities to the concreting of the hall floor and the finishing work. The technical details on sustainability, hall flooring, hall heating and sprinkler systems aroused particular interest. In addition, many questions were asked about the planned future use.
Encounter and transparency
In addition to technical insights, the construction site day offered space for exchange: some residents themselves worked in the former existing building, whose materials were recycled for the foundation of the new building. A food truck from the neighborhood rounded off the day with culinary delights and created a place for exchange and encounters.
