Key handover for 34,200 m² of logistics and industrial space
Technical and planning requirements
The project was characterized by several special conditions. Due to unstable soil conditions, extensive special civil engineering work was required. Vibro-compaction columns up to twelve meters deep were used to create a stable foundation.
To reduce the impact on the neighboring buildings in the mixed-use area, comprehensive noise protection measures were implemented in the form of noise barriers.
Use and sustainability
The logistics center was built on a brownfield site formerly occupied by a furniture and kitchen manufacturer. The property comprises two halls with a total of four units, supplemented by 3,100 m² of mezzanine storage space and 386 m² of office space. DGNB Gold certification is planned, and the photovoltaic system has been prepared and will be installed shortly.
We would like to thank the entire project team and everyone involved for their reliable cooperation and commitment until the project was completed.
