Handover to EQT in Krostitz
Complex processes in limited spaces
At the busiest pahse of the project, up to four cranes and six trades worked simultaneously within one of the three units, side by side and above each other, performing a veritable crane dance. This situation required precise coordination of processes, clearly defined timelines, and continuous consultation between the site management and the contractors. The construction site functioned as a shared workspace in which planning, execution, and communication were closely interlinked.
Cooperation: the key factor
Across all trades, teamwork was characterized by mutual support. Tasks were not viewed in isolation, but were solved in the context of the overall project—pragmatically, solution-oriented, and with a common goal in mind. This team spirit ensured that challenges were quickly resolved and construction progress secured.
