Successful handover of keys to intaurus
The logistics center in figures
The new logistics center in Pfaffenhofen comprises around 10,000 m² of hall space, including a hazardous materials warehouse, 1,300 m² of mezzanine space, and 860 m² of Office and social space in front of it. Among other things, with greenery on the office roof and façade and a full-surface photovoltaic system, the logistics hall is aiming for gold certification from the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
A challenging project with efficient solutions
The plot in Pfaffenhofen presented us with an exciting challenge: a challenging topography with a significant difference in height. Terracing with slope stabilization blends harmoniously into the terrain. By combining this with extensive infiltration, we created sustainable and functional outdoor facilities for the building.
Collaboration a step ahead
We would like to emphasize the efficient and cooperative collaboration with the responsible offices, authorities and utilities, which contributed significantly to the success of this project. The entire logistics property was leased to an international retail company during the construction phase.
We are particularly proud of our construction site team, which consists of experienced and young site managers. This has enabled fresh talent to gain valuable practical experience and develop further - accompanied by team members who are happy to pass on their knowledge.
