New logistics center located directly on the A9
The internationally active Rudolph Logistics Group will be moving into the building. With 4,500 employees, the Rudolph Logistics Group operates at 42 locations in Germany, Europe, the United States, and the Arabian Peninsula.
The building features twelve loading doors and a ground-level door on the north facade. The south facade will be equipped with a 48-meter-long covered area featuring a 10-meter cantilevered canopy and three ground-level high-speed doors for side loading of trucks.
The new logistics center—located directly off the A9 highway—has been designed with flexibility in mind, allowing the warehouse space to be zoned and expanded to include additional office space. A terraced infiltration basin returns all rainwater to the groundwater. Completion and handover of the logistics facility to Alfred Amenda & Sohn Transport GmbH is scheduled for spring 2022.
