Start of construction with Logicor in Hamm

The new building - with around 15,000 square meters of hall space - has a full-surface photovoltaic system in combination with a green roof and façade. The office and social areas are equipped with an air-to-water heat pump in conjunction with underfloor heating. The hall will also be heated by heat pumps. Most of the energy consumption can be covered by renewable energy, thus avoiding the use of fossil fuels.

The business park also meets the requirements of the federal subsidy for efficient buildings (BEG-40) and is certified to the very good standard in accordance with the criteria of the British BREEAM sustainability certificate.

With 2.4 million square meters of warehouse space, the project developer Logicor Deutschland GmbH is the second largest owner of logistics properties in Germany.
