Handover of keys for new logistics center to DHL Supply Chain
Logistics center for pharmaceutical and medical products expanded
It is the second building constructed by fabrikon on the multi-user campus in Florstadt by DHL Supply Chain for pharmaceutical and medical products. In addition to the Gold Standard of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council), it fulfills the ESG sustainability criteria of the EU Taxonomy. In addition, the Well-Core Standard Gold is achieved for the office area, so that the well-being of the employees is increased.
Complex building for state-of-the-art logistics
Within nine months, fabrikon constructed a state-of-the-art logistics center with a floor area of around 30,000 m² for DHL Supply Chain. Extensive requirements and innovative solutions in the technical construction equipment made this project a particularly complex construction task. Thanks to foresighted planning and efficient organization of change management within the project team, the planned construction time was met.
