People make the difference
"Building is fun when it works, and that's what we stand for every day," explains fabrikon Richard Schneider in his short speech. Many people are involved in a construction project, who give their best every day and want to satisfy their customers.
An average of around 30 people work on this construction site every day. Around 70 trades are involved over the entire construction period and 20 specialist engineering firms have been commissioned with specialist planning and expert reports.
The project
The new logistics center in Pfaffenhofen comprises around 10,000 m² of hall space, including a hazardous materials warehouse, 1,300 m² of mezzanine space, and 860 m² Office and social space. Among other things, with greenery on the office roof and façade and a full-surface photovoltaic system, the logistics hall is aiming for gold certification from the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council).
The turnkey completion will be completed in the next few weeks with the extension and outdoor facilities.
