New building for Logicor in Bad Hersfeld completed
Shortened construction time
Completion was planned for a later date. Thanks to efficient processes and good cooperation with the client and business partners, the construction process was accelerated so that the keys could be handed over to Logicor early - to the great delight of everyone involved in the construction.
"Sometimes it just works," comments project manager Mustafa Alan on the smooth running of his first construction project as project manager. He started as a young site manager at fabrikon and trained within the company for the responsible task of project management.
Modern logistics space in a good location for rent
The new building was constructed on a brownfield site after the demolition of an existing property and comprises approximately 7,300 m² of hall space and more than 500 m² of mezzanine space. The building is prepared for a photovoltaic system and Office and social space with an air-to-water heat pump in conjunction with underfloor heating for the approximately 310 m² Office and social space . It meets the requirements of the German Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (BEG-40) and has received BREEAM certification with a rating of "very good."
