A Close-Up Look at Construction Progress

Numerous guests took the opportunity to find out about the construction project firsthand and tour the site. Project manager Mustafa Alan guided the guests through the logistics hall and the upstairs office spaces. He provided insights into the current construction progress, explaining that the three building sections (units) are at different stages of completion: while the first unit is already finished, the final interiors in the third unit are being worked on. The visitors were also able to observe concurrent residual work inside the building, as well as asphalt paving and outdoor landscaping during the tour.

In close dialogue with project team and developer

In addition to the fabrikon project team, our client Hillwood was also on site to answer any questions. Discussions focused on the utilization concept, the building's future function, and the next steps leading up to completion. This direct exchange gave guests the opportunity to gain firsthand insights and address their questions immediately. Following the tour, all participants were invited to enjoy light snacks and cold refreshments. A burger food truck provided catering, allowing guests to continue their conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.
