Our innovation cells form a flexible, network-like structure that operates alongside our day-to-day operations—an effective second operating system. Here, the team brings together cross-functional expertise when it comes to optimizing processes or further developing technology, construction methods, or design details.
Sarah Rinck, Head of Architecture, explains how this process works in practice:
“In our innovation cells, team members from different departments come together on a temporary basis to work specifically on further developing a particular topic. Once an innovation is complete, it is presented at the next innovation cell meeting.”
Through this interdisciplinary collaboration, new, practical solutions are developed and seamlessly integrated into future logistics construction projects.
