New building for Hillwood near Berlin completed

Industrial and commercial construction in Falkensee completed

Hillwood Falkensee has been completed and handed over to the satisfied clients. With around 50,000 m² of contiguous hall space, this is the largest project fabrikon by fabrikon to date next to an existing building. A parking lot with a gatehouse was demolished to make room for the new industrial and commercial property.

fabrikon prepared the roof area for the installation of a photovoltaic system (PV-ready), and the full-surface PV system has now been installed. The building has been awarded sustainability certification by the DGNB with the Gold Standard.

Good cooperation between the construction site teams

At the same time, another fabrikon with approx. 20,000 m² was being built in the immediate vicinity. There was good cooperation between the two construction management teams and support from the experts of the other team. The time spent on the two neighboring construction sites during the construction phase was also enhanced by joint leisure activities.
