Panattoni Park Berlin East 1 completed
Efficiency and certification
Nine dock levellers and a generously covered area of 700 square meters for side loading and unloading trucks ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
The developer Panattoni places great significance on third-party usability and sustainability. The aim is to achieve an optimised ecological balance with a low carbon footprint. A comprehensive photovoltaic system is planned for the 10,000 square metres of hall space. The indoor and outdoor areas will be lit with energy-saving LED lighting. The exterior offers space for 61 cars, 18 of which are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.
The new Panattoni Park also fulfills the requirements of the German Federal Subsidy for Efficient Buildings (BEG-55) and is certified with the Gold standard according to the criteria of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
