Handing over the keys in the center of the Ruhr region
The approximately 15,000 square meter logistics hall is divided into two units, which have a total of twelve dock levellers, two jumbo dock levellers and two ground-level gates. There are underground yards on both sides of the hall, meaning that the sections can also be accessed independently of each other if required. The site was also equipped with extensive noise protection measures.
Brownfield - with flexible construction processes to success
The implementation of the project required extensive remediation of the brownfield site and a flexible construction process. Here, the removal of contaminated sites and the construction went hand in hand. The precise coordination of all project participants led to the successful completion of the ready-to-occupy logistics property.
