New logistics center located directly on the A9
The building, with 12,300 m² of warehouse space, features a loading bay on its north facade equipped with twelve loading docks and gates, as well as a ground-level gate. The south facade is equipped with three ground-level high-speed doors for side loading and unloading of trucks and is protected by a 10-meter cantilevered canopy.
The logistics facility was designed from the outset to allow for flexible use, so that the warehouse space can be zoned and expanded to include additional office units as needed. A terraced infiltration basin returns all collected rainwater directly to the groundwater.
Located directly on the A9 between Munich and Nuremberg near Ingolstadt, the site offers excellent transportation links.
The internationally active Rudolph Logistics Group will soon move into the new logistics center. With 5,200 employees, the Rudolph Logistics Group operates at 45 locations in Germany, Europe, the United States, and the Arabian Peninsula.
fabrikon and all those involved in the project are delighted with the excellent cooperation and the rapid completion of the project!
