19,500 m² of new logistics space in North Rhine-Westphalia
Modern logistics space in a prime location
The project comprises approximately 19,500 square meters of modern logistics and industrial space with mezzanine offices. The property is divided into two units, each of which can be flexibly subdivided into two rental areas—a foundation for long-term versatility of use. The light-filled stairwells with spacious glass facades create a welcoming first impression.
The location of the new logistics property in Langenfeld is particularly attractive: situated in the heart of one of Germany’s most economically vibrant regions, between Düsseldorf and Cologne, and in close proximity to Leverkusen, with direct access to the A3 and A59 highways. As a result, the site is located in an area with high demand for efficient logistics infrastructure.
Added value through sustainableconcepts
The building meets the criteria for DGNB Gold certification and incorporates several features: a photovoltaic system, charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, and green facades. As a brownfield project, the demolition material was processed and reused as a base layer beneath permanently sealed surfaces. The design is complemented by a wooden roof structure and a green roof in the mezzanine area.
