Logistics property in Nuremberg handed over ahead of schedule
Implemented quickly and accurately
The project comprises a modern logistics and industrial property featuring two units, mezzanine levels, and integrated office and warehouse spaces. The location in the Nuremberg port area offers ideal conditions for efficient logistics operations and long-term usage prospects.
It was clear from the start: a demanding schedule requires well-established workflows and clear decisions. Thanks to our holistically designed and structured processes, we were able to manage the implementation efficiently—with minimal coordination effort on the part of our clients.
Focus on Sustainability and Flexibility
Particular emphasis was placed on sustainable and future-proof solutions. The building meets the criteria for DGNB Gold certification. A continuous green façade and a full-surface green roof on one unit contribute to its environmental quality.
Structurally, the building is “hybrid”:
The green roof area features a precast concrete roof structure (BFT), while the second section was constructed with a wooden roof structure. This combination allows for precise adaptation to the use and requirements of each specific area.
