What will be built here over the next few months is a logistics center that meets the highest requirements for refrigeration technology, energy efficiency and logistics: 32,500 m² of hall space, 2,100 m² of warehouse space and 1,600 m² of office and social space form the basis for an innovative distribution center.
A large-scale photovoltaic system on the roof, a smart metering system and equipment with e-charging stations underline the focus on efficiency. The energy supply is fossil-free and the office heating uses waste heat from the cooling system - all with a view to achieving DGNB Gold certification (NLO23).

The property will be completed on schedule in 12 months - and meets the highest standards of energy efficiency, sustainability and user comfort. A nice detail in passing: the gatehouse will become a driver's lounge.
