From Brownfield to Modern Logistics Hub
A 42,000-square-meter industrial brownfield site was revitalized for the new logistics center. The entire roof of the warehouse will be equipped with a photovoltaic system, and parts of the facade will be greened. The property is slated for certification under the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Additionally, it will comply with the BEG 55 energy standard (formerly KfW55). This already logistics construction a significant contribution to energy savings in logistics construction .
